INR 35,000 of the tour price has to be paid to confirm booking.

MOTOROVER CANCELLATION POLICY
If a tour booking is cancelled more than 45 days prior to the start date, 25% of the tour price will be charged and balance 75% will be refunded
If a tour booking is cancelled 45-31 days prior to start date, 75% of the tour price will be charged and balance 25% will be refunded
If a tour booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the start date, 100% of the tour price will be charged. There will be no refund
If a tour booking is cancelled but we get a replacement for the participant, 100% of the payment will be refunded
If the tour is cancelled by MotoRover due to unavoidable circumstances, 100% of the tour price will be refunded
MOTOROVER CHILD POLICY
Children in the age group 0 to 4 year are not allowed on MotoRover SUV tours
Children in the age group 5 to 9 years are charged the minimum amount as per the policy of MotoRover service partners
Parents have to additionally bear the cost of a child safety seat (if applicable) and travel insurance
Children aged 10 years and above will be charged 100% tour price
Persons below 18 years of age are not allowed to travel on a motorcycle during our tours. However, children aged five or older can be a part of our motorcycle tours by travelling in the back-up vehicle.
